Times are tight but the ten to twelve dollars saved not putting plugs in your car is just not worth it.

Nice

A little used and junk

Notice the gap difference between the newer one and the old one.

I have heard trying to keep up with a Ghia will do that to an ordinary car!

Shocked

EEEK!
Because of the heat in an aircooed VW, plugs are only generally good for 9K miles anyway. At $2.60 each, you're right, not worth it.

VW head saver tip: Use Bosch. Others can eventually goof up the threads.

anytime you stick a steel bolt in an aluminum hole add some heat, skip the anti seize and under torque the whole thing, you are looking at failure. Sorry

What about NGK?

I have always liked NGK. They have performed where others have not in my little bit of experience.

You do know the plugs did not come out of a VW, the threads are a touch to long. And I would venture to guess more than 100k on them.
